Booking Policies

Deposits
Some treatments require a deposit at the time of booking. All deposits are non refundable.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide notice if they wish to cancel or change their appointment.
If a client accidentally books the wrong treatment, we can adjust the booking provided it is changed at least 14 days before the appointment date.

Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or the need to reschedule if the appointment cannot be completed within the remaining time.

No Show Policy
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the scheduled treatment being charged in full.
In the case of genuine emergencies, we can reschedule the appointment at our discretion.

Payments and Refunds

  • Deposits are non refundable.

  • Treatments are non refundable once completed.

  • We accept card payments, cash and KK Aesthetic Clinic gift cards.

  • Any fees for consultations or patch tests (if required) will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Medical and Treatment Policies

  • KK Aesthetic Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

  • Certain treatments require a consultation before the procedure.

  • Clients are required to disclose full and accurate medical history to ensure safety.

  • Some treatments have a minimum age requirement. Underage clients must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Liability and Disclaimer

  • Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Clients must follow all provided before and aftercare instructions.

  • KK Aesthetic Clinic is not liable for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare advice or undisclosed medical conditions.

Privacy and Data Use

  • We store basic contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers, solely for appointment management, aftercare support and urgent communication.

  • We do not share or use client data for any purpose outside of treatment-related communication.

  • Client photographs will only be used for marketing purposes with explicit written consent.

Gift Cards and Offers

  • All gift cards, offers and promotions are valid only during their stated validity period.

  • Restrictions may apply to certain treatments. Full details will be provided with the gift card or promotion.

  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Client Support

Clients can contact us directly if they have any concerns, hesitations or questions following their treatment. We are committed to providing ongoing support.

Complaints

If a client wishes to raise a concern, they should contact us as soon as possible. We aim to address all issues promptly and professionally.
